hi thought I'd start a new thread. I always do my desserts as individual makes it easy when guests want to try more than one!,
Here are the ones I made for last night. Individual pavlovas, passion fruit custards and citrus tarts and macaroons.

I love individual desserts GHM and boy do I love the look of yours - you wouldn't see better in a restaurant. Well done to you.
-
Wow you have been cooking up a storm . The look delicious.
-
Worked out well, there were 12 of us for dinner everyone was polite at first, about half immediately went for the pavlova waiting to see what others wanted ( I should have taken all pavlovas) there were a few visitors from England and my DD said " you guys have the pavlovas, we are Aussies so we can have pavlova any time!! "
-
GHM, beautiful. I also love individual desserts, as you say, guests can then have more than one.
-
Lovely GHM. They all look delicious!
I often make individual desserts too, they look so pretty and you get to make and eat more than just one dessert. I've got a collection of mini glasses, bowls & plates that I love to use.
-
Oh GHM your desserts look amazing. Well done.

That all looks fabulous GHM :-* Lucky diners!
Simple one....Jelly slice (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12152.0), made into silicone cupcake moulds
(http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt266/nachothecat/d465dbe9aac675cc1d6e795871625ad5.jpg)
Leave to set overnight, then run a hot palette knife around perimeter (wiping inbetween), and unmould.

Allow to thaw a little (so no one breaks a tooth on the base ;)).....and top with some cream & choc drizzled strawberries if you wish.

Snappy - that's very very impressive!! May I ask how you did the cheesecakes in the chocolate cup? How much time did you allow yourself to do all that?? (Time is my worst enemy . . or is it the other way around . . . :-)) :-)) )
-
They look lovely Snappy.
-
Great desserts and photo snappy - bet they went down well. I love having a choice for dessert like we did at Chookies when she wheeled her dessert trolley around.

Thanks everyone. They were all eaten so they must have been good.
Wonder, I bought the tart bases pre made and then used Tenina's olive oil lemon tart for filling. Just halved the cornflour because I didn't want it to set too much.
I made the lemon filling, baileys cheesecake filling and meringues during the week so yesterday I just piped them into their little cases. All done in under an hour!
-
Snappy, so professional and delicious looking, no wonder they all got eaten. :D
-
Snappy, beautiful and a popular selection. Guests do like a selection, I always make at least 2 deserts when we have visitors. However , nothing as attractive as yours.
-
Wow! Very beautiful, Snappy. Thumbs up :)
-
Thanks snappy I might give them a go today, I just need to get lemons!
-
Inspirational Snappy!
-
Absolutely beautiful Snappy! Is the recipe for the Baileys cheesecake filling somewhere in the forums?
-
Hi chcolatte, there is a recipe on the forum in the desserts section. About half way down the thread JD gives a recipe from one of her books which is what I use but omit the gelatine. I only make half the recipe because the cups are quite small and I have plenty left over for dessert tonight (much to DH joy) 😀
I've made it a few times and I prefer it made a day in advance, it gives the Baileys time to mellow.
-
Wow Snappy, great work ;D
