Hi chcolatte, there is a recipe on the forum in the desserts section. About half way down the thread JD gives a recipe from one of her books which is what I use but omit the gelatine. I only make half the recipe because the cups are quite small and I have plenty left over for dessert tonight (much to DH joy) 😀I've made it a few times and I prefer it made a day in advance, it gives the Baileys time to mellow.
