Hi
I just tried Tenina's recipe for Gozleme (where she uses a naan base) and it tastes like naan with filling in it!! Has anyone got a recipe for an authentic Gozleme recipe please (of course, using the Thermie)? :) :) :)

Also this one was on SBS - you could convert to grams instead of cup measures. Let us know how you go. :)

Me too. ;D I remember thinking the same thing when Amanda posted that the EDC brioche recipe wasn't at all authentic. We had better not apply to be on Masterchef just yet Nay!

LOL! Yes - It's funny that my kids say every time I pour something from the TMX, "You should be on MasterChef ma!" ~ I just chuckle to myself - it's enough for me that they think so. ;)
BTW EDC Broiche is a big hit in out house :D

yes, i also get "you should open up a cafe"...mmn having a hard time working full time and putting decent meals on our table, let alone worrying about putting food on another 30 tables :-))

We really like the EDC Brioche. I wonder what real brioche tastes like?
