pizza dough
2 big size pizza or one super size
250 gr of fine flower ( prefered 00 but normal one works to)
11 gr dry yeast
1ts sea salt
1ts sugar
125 gr water
1 TS olive oil
put water and yeast in to bowl and stirr speed 1 - 37 ° 1 minute
add flower and on top of that the rest of the ingredients - mix at speed 6 seconds speed 8
then 2 minutes on dough
put in a bowl and cover - let is rise for as long as you need but at least 1 hour
roll out and let it rest for another 20 minutes under a cloth
spread tomato sauce and your favorite toppings and bake in oven 220 ° - 20 to 25 minutes - you will love this one ! you dont even need to flower or oil the bowl.

Bedlam - We had this pizza tonight, was a nice base.
debetha - Yum! Made this for dinner tonight and will definitely make again. Even 18 mins was a bit too much in my oven, might reduce the temp a bit next time. Made 3 large pizzas (pizza stone size) from 1.5 times the recipe quantities, and used 40g fresh yeast.

I just started making my own pizza recently after using frozen pizzas from the store all my life and love it. It's a lot easier and tastier than I expected. I'm still experimenting with the dough so will give your recipe a try. Thanks!

Sounds delicious! I will look forward to seeing it. It's almost time for lunch here in Arizona USA and all I have is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. :(

Perfect timing Stef. My son has a day off from school tomorrow and he is having his best friend over. Home-made pizza is on the menu so will give this one a go. Will let you know how it goes
