very disappointing wasn't it!!! Did you see the Beetroot Salad on the table while they were eating???

And yes the line up of Uncle Tobys on the shelf saw that too. On the web site is the Beetroot Salad recipe but not for Thermomix it's got grate raw beetroot by hand!!!!

In the clip for next week's show (shown at the end of tonight's show) Joh and Eamon are standing in his kitchen and she says to him "fast swimmer and fast cook" something like that and there's a shot of TM whirling away.

Thanks Thermomixer, that was a great link!! I had never thought to do a Google search for info!! Yes you a right no picture in recipe book didn't help.

The picture on the link look very much like a soup. I really felt like it needed some herbs, what could one add to it?? Italian flat leaf parsley??

ok, so maybe I made it right then. But for a dish to be done at a demo, to then wait an extra 10mins for it thicken, personally is it really a good choice then for Demo's. I mean it was really runny like pasta in Bean soup!

Today I froze the rest and yes it has now set like glue!!!! Thanks for the feed back.

HELP!!

Has anyone made the Pasta Fagioli from Everyday cookbook??

I have never had this dish before, so I have no bench mark of what it should taste like??

2tbs of vegie stock was to much it was very salty. Also very runny, I'm not sure what it should taste like, it seemed to be lacking something!

But I drowned it it cracked pepper and Parmesan and it tasted ok!!

All comments greatly appreciated

thanks girls, I do feel more confident!! now that I'm converting. I have carbonara on now, and was like ok so if doesn't work there is plenty of time to 1. fix it OR 2. make something else!!!

I did write down the chicken soup as I went, should I post it?? Wasn't sure.

and the Chicken Cacciatore i FORGOT to write down :-)) but I will write tonight while it's still fresh in head, If I leave it any longer it will be lost in forgetful brain!!  :-[

Chicken Jambalaya sounds good.

Wow super busy Thermomixer!

Today the family started the day with Hot Chocolates and pancakes.

lunch Chicken and veggie soup which I converted (1st time!! was a little nervous) but if I say so myself it was the best chicken soup I have ever made (very proud of myself) I followed the conversion tips from Everyday Cookbook.

Choc chip biscuits for afternoon tea and for dinner making carbonara that Thermomixer translated for us.

Last night I made Chicken Cacciatore which I converted from favorite recipe out of SFI. It was very nice.

Well it's 5pm time to head to the kitchen!!! yay
