Recipe Book Recipe Reviews / Re: Review Quirky Cooking - Grain Free Lasagne« on: May 17, 2014, 10:07:43 am »
I made this and absolutely loved it. We are gluten and dairy free and my husband commented that 'it tasted better than the ones you use to make with all that cheese!'. So you know it's good. You could use vegetarian mince for a vegetarian option. It didn't take long to make. I made it on a week night. I even used the exact same dish Jo uses (as we have the same) and it made six large slices.

I made chicken drumsticks for dinner tonight. So tender, moist and delicious!
I'm gluten and dairy free, so I made a mixture of gf breadcrumbs, onion and garlic powder, paprika and thyme. I coated them with that and oil. Turned out great but a bit crunchy in places that didn't have oil. It might also be that the crumbs are mostly rice. My substitute for kfc. I love this machine. Judy that cauliflower looks good. 12

GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT!!! YES, I GOT AN AF!!
Husband bought it on the way home from Hardly normal for $380.00 We made sweet potato chips and paprika chicken drumsticks. Very yummy. We did the chips for 15mins at 160, then again at 180. They were a little too done in parts almost going black. But that's what you get for following the recipe. So excited. I have been eyeing this thread for ages looking at all the yummy food. I really want to make veggie chips. My next adventure. 14

I've been watching for the last week or so. I've tried to stay away but I really want to upgrade from the deep fryer. I love hot chips.
Looking at all the other recipes it looks like a versatile machine. Lucky you aren't selling drugs!! 15
