We made this tonight. Easy to do, and very tasty.
The only problem was that the chicken was shredded at the end, despite speed 1 on reverse. Its always nice to have chicken that looks like chicken.
Any hints?

Easy to make as advertised. Really tasty. Even the 12yo ate it, and she likes nothing.
Thank you Snappy. This is a keeper.

Hi Vanny,
That was a real inspirational intro post (I'm sure the company would love to use it). Welcome, although you were a member before me...

Hi Tamara and welcome, Sorry to hear you haven't gotten into TMX yet. It really is a great gadget, especially for people who aren't great cooks or are time poor. I found this introduction post inspirational, and you might like it too: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14687.0Good luck!

Thanks for all the welcomes.
Having a great time with this machine. Had a demo today, and I'll post a few recipe reviews. I could give a few suggestions for future demos, if any consultant was interested.
I'll keep those little recipe reviews coming

Had Sorbet today for a demo, with different fruit. It tasted quite good, but not great.
There was a lot left over so we put it in the fridge. Had some tonight and it is rock hard, and tastes like snow.
Is there a better Sorbet recipe about? Is there a way to freeze it?
Thanks

We had this today for a demo. TC followed recipe to the letter.
Everyone found it very tasty. Rice was perfectly cooked.
I prefer the mushroom risotto, but this is great if you like it a little sweeter.

We had this today with a demo.
Custard taste was OK, but my son prefers the bought stuff.
The zest was little chewy bits that you needed to spit out, which wasn't good.
Does anyone know a better recipe???
