Is this a stupid question, can you steam your beef instead of roasting it and if so how do you translate the cooking times from roasting to steaming?

You can tell I'm still new! Today I did steamed bacon, spinach and eggs for breakfast, followed by pizza for lunch (made pizza dough) and now attempting BBQ sauce steak and steamed veggies and steak in Thermie for dinner!!! Maybe followed by some rhubarb dish!!!!

Love the Ice cube tray tip, I love sorbet and often freeze leftovers in sealable bags but it's a lot harder to remix the next day because it's been frozen in bulk!

We have had a soda stream since Christmas and I just drink the soda water but my girls add fruit juice to it, we don't buy the soda juices for same reason...chemicals yuk!! Hadn't thought of making my own cordials, something else to try in Thermie!!!

Today I dropped my 11 year olds at school, then went to my other job at the library!!! Picked my girls up from school and had my parents visit... Made iced coffee in Thermie! And cooked Moroccan lamb with cous cous for dinner!!!
