Took it easy today.. I suffer from chronic pain from trapped sciatic nerve (amongst a plethora of other nagging complaints).. Hubby wanted some bread made, so told him it was a DIY day, and he did! it turned out lovely .. he was so proud and gave most of it away lol i think i have 2 rolls left,  but it kept him busy and away from the TV remote for a while .. so now i have made him sherif of  bread making duties.. gives me some space... and time to put my feet up. :)

I am going to try to use the TMX for almost all the steps .. i have 2 bowls ( an offer thats on at the moment free with purchase of tm you get 2 bowls and 6 recipe books a really good deal) so im going to do the bisque in one bowl mix the pasta in the other then use again to make filling .. and also to maybe steam the ravioli  ??? not sure about that bit .. going to look it up  :) xx

I am Cookie ... im having a cooking baking ball!! ;D..I moved house in feb this year from a massive 3 bed family home.. to a tiny 1 bed bungalow.. and had to get rid of soo much of my kitchen gadgetry..it was heartbreaking (damn that downsizing!) but the TM has replaced most of what i lost and is making most of what i still own redundant.. so more space on work surface to get back being creative ... what between the TM and my sewing machine im just busy busy .. HAPPY DAYS!!! XXX

So today i made bread again... wholemeal with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.. then a soup with cauliflower florets (and stalks), broccoli carrot potato garlic small piece of red chilli onion ground lentils and stock
(homemade chicken stock from roasted carcass garlic carrot onion fresh basil thyme rosemary and a spoonful of dried milk) by the time i went for a bowlful of soup around 2pm .. my lovely kids had visited taste tested the soup, decided they needed to test it again... and again... with bread.. and then there was none .. so it looks like im on bread duty again.. hahah and i thought this TM was going to make my life easier.. hi ho.. hi ho.. off to the kitchen I go ;D
