Hi
i recently purchased my thermomix TM5 and just love using it. Like you i was a boring cook and hated preparing the evening meal after being at work all day but the TM5 makes cooking fun and easy. Its easy to use and easy to add variety to your menu. Thermomix also offers cooklng classes in our area and they are great to attend too. My hubby wasn't sure if we needed another gadget but he is convinced now. He told me i should go on Masterchef. Have fun. 3

Hi my name is Therese and I aam from Albury NSW Australia. I am a teacher and very time poor so the thermomix has been the saviour to boring evening meals. BTW my thermomix has been christened BERT as my friend has one also and she named hers ERNIE.
I am now trying to experiment more with it ans school holidays are the perfect time to do this. I have some wheat grain and spelt grain and want to make bread ... I have tried couple of different ways but the bread comes out really dense (almost like a brick). Any suggestions? How do I make baker's flour from scratch. When I mill the grains is the resulting flour plain flour? Cheers Therese
