I loved this dip! So fast and easy and great flavour. I also used the leftovers as a dressing for some boiled potatoes. Will be using it for my potato salad from now on!

Has anyone made a batch of these little ones and frozen the left overs? I am wondering if they would be a good dessert to have stashed in the freezer for when unexpected visitors pop around.

In case anyone is in the Hills District, you can buy fresh yeast from the deli at Castle Towers

whenever mine is runny (more often than not) i strain it through a tea towel until it gets to the thickness i want. I would recommend this as it still tastes like yoghurt.

I use the drop box app for my ipad. Basically it puts a desktop icon onto your computer where you just drop the files into the folder that you want to access from your ipad. You may have to download the equivalent word app, not sure what its called, but allows you to open microsoft word docs on your ipad. The excel equivalent is called numbers.
I find this is the best system, as you can also access pdf files through the drop box. So if you see something you like on taste, you can print a pdf, and save it onto your computer, then put a copy of it in the drop box.
each time you plug your ipad into your computer, it will sync the drop box.
Good luck.

I am pretty sure they will sit ok on any type of icing. I have used them ontop of fondant, royal icing and buttercream. To make a buttercream, i just beat up the butter and pure icing sugar until the mixture is thickened to my liking. Generally i think the rule is about double the weight of icing sugar to butter, but dont quote me on that, as I just keep adding. Then you can add whatever flavouring you want to it and colours.

I am going to cook this tonight for dinner, but have a question and hope someone can help. I want to steam some veggies above whilst this is cooking. Just going to do some broccolini and carrots cut into sticks. How long should I cook these for. I was thinking just to put the Varoma ontop for the last 20minutes, but I am not sure if it will be hot enough at 100, and also wether or not 20mins would be too long. Any advice/recommendations here?
