It probably gets too thick on 10, when I've tried to make cocktails like that before they've ended up more like alcoholic desserts! The instructions in this ok certainly seem open to interpretation . Can't wait to give this one a go though with way less sugar I reckon.

Oooh I just landed in heaven here! Can I be super cheeky and demanding
I would love the following recipes when you have time: Cocas dough Crepe batter Red mojo sauce Green mojo sauce Alboronia with poached eggs Spinach in bechamel sauce Potato and prawn stew Cream of seafood soup Marmitako Coronel Leche merengada (this sounds like non-alcholic Agua de Sevilla!) Yuuuuuummmmmm....... And so many more. Maybe I should just buy this book and learn Spanish. 11

I packed it back up in it's original box and it went in the hold as one of our items of luggage. Don't put it on a container, how will you cope without it for three months?! Unless you're flying Ryanair, in which case it'll be cheaper to charter the thermo it's own private jet than pay for potential excess baggage haha...we had no excess to pay btw and were flying as a family of five with baby equipment, pram an bulging suitcases!
