I first became a Thermomix owner back in 2009 then last night I received my new T5, so excited, I feel my thermo passion has been reignited.

I use this recipe all the time for my cup cakes, never thought to use it for lamingtons. Now can someone tell me how to make the choc sauce for lamingtons.

Have to add, I took some of these fruit rolls into work tonight for some of the girls, and they loved them. Will be making these again really soon. Kay

Achookwoman, I took your advice and just made these using honey, all I can say is the kids have eaten so many already, so I would say this was a success, great idea.

Making bread is a bit like owning a Thermomix, you become addicted.
So true, can't wait to make some more.

I just made the strawbery jam out of the EDC, (strawberries are cheap here at the moment) I used Jam setting sugar (from coles, brand CSR) I left out the lemon as my daughter does not like it with lemon. Cooked for the same time but on varoma and left the lid tip so only on half way. Has come up fantastic.
