Chookie, this is so lovely and quick and easy. I made a batch and made them into mini rolls for soup and I put them in DD's lunch with her salad. Thank you.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Fantastic Cookie - how long do you have to cook those tasty morsels?  I only get a dozen with the size I make them and I'm sure DH would prefer them to be smaller.  I could then eat 2 or 3 at a go  :-)) :-))

I cooked them for about 20 minutes Judy. But my oven seems to cook things very quickly. The rolls were 30g of dough (roughly).

look for 'bread flour' in the supermarket. its a stronger flour apparently than the normal plain flour.

OMG, just made these, for my first attempt at bread you ladies made it so easy. Fresh bread rolls, with the strawberry jam I just made. YUMMO. I just want to keep making bread now......
