Snoozie, JD and all! Thanks so much for the welcomes adn for the speedy good advice.  I will have to look into ordering the TM vegetarian cookbook - sounds like it has some great recipes.

Hello all - I'm a new TM user and haven't been able to find a recipe/instructions on how to cook dried chickpeas (garbanzo beans) in the TM.  Does anyone have any hints/recipes to share?  I want to cook the chickpeas from scratch for use in hummus.
