Thanks very much for this Chookie! Made it in a 7" (about 18 cm) square dish with 4 rounds of the onion - one in each corner - enough for four generous serves. Just lovely! I did take a photo but Tapatalk with all its changes update galore, etc., has left me in the dust.  This will be a family favourite!

I think a lot of us read on our tablets and the very faint black font is extremely frustrating. I get advertisements on the side and at the bottom of the page. Very distracting.
Even on the PC Courton. . . . Unfortunately, I must say the size of the font and it being so faint makes it quite a strain to read. The ads are a bit of distraction . . not sure if "dating" sites are the way to go here; . . .

My gosh, INAID . . I think "wind out of your sails" would be putting it mildly! My deepest sympathy to you and to those near to you. I hope you have some smooth sailing now. Fermenting is great. MJ it was so sad to hear your news. The picture you've added is just beautiful and how wonderful that your sister got to enjoy that very special wedding day in such good spirits. My thoughts and prayers are with you . . .
