Thanks very much for this Chookie! Made it in a 7" (about 18 cm) square dish with 4 rounds of the onion - one in each corner - enough for four generous serves. Just lovely! I did take a photo but Tapatalk with all its changes update galore, etc., has left me in the dust. This will be a family favourite!

I think a lot of us read on our tablets and the very faint black font is extremely frustrating. I get advertisements on the side and at the bottom of the page. Very distracting.
Even on the PC Courton. . . . Unfortunately, I must say the size of the font and it being so faint makes it quite a strain to read. The ads are a bit of distraction . . not sure if "dating" sites are the way to go here; . . .

DJ . . glad to hear things are looking up after your long cold winter. Those winter bugs are incredibly tenacious!

. . . and a quick hello from me too! Mich, the Anna Jones book has arrived safely! I have to agree with djinni . . .You are "obviously a very organised, clean cook unlike yours truly" It's a beautiful book and I'm enjoying looking through it and noting what I'd like to try first. Many thanks, Mich!!

Mich I feel inadequate. You de-clutter regularly and you wash your car regularly. If you are giving away energy, please send me some!
Likewise, Mich!! Me too!!

Cuilidh - thank you for asking that question! I was just about to ask it myself as I simply couldn't figure that part out. Katie - a million thanks for very clear instructions! Very much appreciated - now to go back and fill in all those little boxes . . .!

Hi Mich - if the Anna Jones book hasn't already been spoken for, I'd be more than happy to give it a new home. Thanks - I really need to take a leaf out of that book of yours!! I still have a lot of things that really need to go elsewhere . . . . .

My gosh, INAID . . I think "wind out of your sails" would be putting it mildly! My deepest sympathy to you and to those near to you. I hope you have some smooth sailing now. Fermenting is great. It'll be interesting to hear how you're doing in that direction!! All the best - and do look after yourself!! :

MJ it was so sad to hear your news. The picture you've added is just beautiful and how wonderful that your sister got to enjoy that very special wedding day in such good spirits. My thoughts and prayers are with you . . .
