I've just made these mini bite size xmas puddings and have yet to put white chocolate on top and decorate, BUT they are still quite tacky to the touch ..

Should I take them out the fridge and let them dry out a bit ? or
Leave in the fridge and hope they firm up a bit ? or
Should I just coat them totally in chocolate so they can be picked up without falling apart ?

I have only had my TM for about a month, and haven't had the chance to use it much, but I am totally in love with it.
Planning to give it a workout today, making rum balls, mini Xmas puddings, toblerone dip and white truffles, all for the Xmas table
Love the recipes, there is just so much information on this site.
