Thanks for all the lovely welcomes and encouragements - tonight "we" - joint effort with hubby reading and me doing - made Chilli Con Carne... Lovely flavour but a bit watery?? Any suggestions why?
I would have preferred to cook it a little more and maybe without the little lid thing in place - would that have made a differnece to the water content? I know when I cook in a saucepan and I want something to thicken up a bit I leave the lid off for a while..........
