Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Potato & Leek Soup Doubling Query

I am looking at making the Potato & Leek Soup in the new EDC Cookbook from the Salmon Velouté recipe.  Everybody LOVED the soup portion of this recipe so I was wanting to double it for dinner to have on its own without the rest of the recipe.  Would you put what you could in the rice basket and the rest of the leek and potato in the jug, or not use the basket at all? Thanks  ;D

Just made these this afternoon and had to post.  My 4 boys exclaimed them to be the best yet....and then inhaled the lot 😳. They WERE beautiful, thanks for the recipe. Off to make another batch to take to a morning tea tomorrow, think I'll need to hide this lot though 😉

Hi Fiona,
Thanks for getting back to me.  I tend to think maybe the first one. I only mixed it for one minute on spd 7 but it had lots of air bubbles which I forgot to tap out before placing in the oven. I also think I might have undercooked it 😏. I'll give it another go using your suggestion of sr flour.

Hi, I have been lurking for a little while now, had Thermie since November. I made this awesome sounding cake, but don't know what went wrong. After being out of oven for a few minutes it completely deflated  :-\ Any ideas why???
