Made these today, so quick and easy. I used sultanas instead of choc. I will reduce the sugar slightly next time but otherwise they were perfect, thanks CP.

Thanks for this recipe - I made them tonight in my Thermo Chef. The only tweak was to reduce the sugar to 100g. I was a little worried as the mixture was very soft, but they are delicious. I went out to a meeting tonight, and when I got home 1/3 had been eaten .

My ex mil made these without chocolate, just with cornflakes or occasionally Frosties.
Always popular.

You could probably sub the choc with sultanas if you wished for a less guilt free version. I don't tho

Just made these this afternoon and had to post. My 4 boys exclaimed them to be the best yet....and then inhaled the lot 😳. They WERE beautiful, thanks for the recipe. Off to make another batch to take to a morning tea tomorrow, think I'll need to hide this lot though 😉

I'm sooo HAPPY!!!
