I'd love to stretch to a TM if funds would allow and if I'd known how much I'd use it.
It's just so versatile isn't it? I'm using it far more than I imagined I would. Our fridge is piling up with meals - each one delicious!
I can't take the credit of course, using my TC I feel it's done all the work for me. I bet a lot of you can relate to that.
A little bit about me. I'm in my late 30s, married with a 23 month old daughter (who I'm encouraging to join me in creating meals - not that she needs encouraging!
