Mango Lassi Sorbet
Serves 2
4-5 frozen Mango cheeks
1 tsp honey
2 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp ground cardamom:
Chop up the mango cheeks a bit. Bung everything in the thermomix and blend on speed 6 for about 15-30 seconds while stirring with the spatula. Enjoy!:

Denzelmum - - Instead of yoghurt, we put soy milk. Our family enjoyed this... yum!
