Great stuff ... I wish I'd had my TM when the girls were that young! It would have been very handy!
All the best, Alison

Hi there ... it's great to see people joining the forum from all over the world ... I am new to this forum and only had my TM for a few days too. I'm in Tasmania. Love your part of the world. I've been enjoying some tasty soups ... so quick and easy to make in the TM.
Cheers, Alison

Fantastic work and news ... really inspiring ... I want to turn my life around as well as giving me kids the best possible start.
Just wondering what your favourite books and recipes are? Would love to hear more! I have the Cyndi O'Meara and gluten free books [I have to be gluten free]. And of course this forum is truly inspiring and generous.
Cheers, Alison

Yes ... everyone was happy to eat it! It's funny ... I don't seem to be spending less time in the kitchen ... just cooking more in the same time! Having a TMX is kind of like reading a big book with lots of little chapters ... you just keep on reading just one more chapter before turning the light out ... and you end up reading way more than if you had the same length book with longer chapters!

Are there any/many varoma recipes ... I would like to see some more recipes using it too?

My EDC recipe book lists cream of tartar as an ingredient but I can't find what to do with it in the instructions! Complete novice asking for help here!!!

Hi Jordanna ... I am new here and only had my TMX for a few days [a week tomorrow] ... love researching ideas here and finding out how people have tweaked recipes in the book ... what are your favourites? So far I have used the varoma for two evening meals and am really impressed with it.

Welcome Steve ... my first forum too ... I'm finding it to be a valuable resource for my new way of cooking ... certainly keeps the excitement levels up knowing there are people out there more than willng to share from their experiences and generous enough to pass on their successful tweaks ... I'm getting addicted!
Cheers, Alison

Hi vintagepaint ... I was convinced to buy one exactly because I want to have more control over what I am eating ... I have to follow a gluten free diet and the TMX saves me so much time [and I am also convinced it will pay for itself in time too!] ... I get such a kick out of making my own bread in record time [very expensive to buy] and I love throwing the rice in and milling my own rice flour as part of the very quick recipe. I still get a kick out of it like I'm doing a magic trick!
Cheers, Alison
PS My husband was pretty sceptical and in only a week has become a fan!
