Oops, I forgot to add the most important ingredient - 250g milk and I use French (or fringed) lavender. Do a google image search to
compare what you have.
How are we finding it? Reduce the amount of flowers to suit your palate.
Gave my first basic demo last night. Had so much fun, and it went really well. Made kiwifruit sorbet which was a hit.
