Yes, I agree! It's a great idea!  I speak and understand English but I live in Italy. My Italian husband bought me the Thermomix TM 31 here and I would love to exchange recipes and also try other cook books all over the world.   Grazie Mr. Spock,  you have a brilliant idea!
