Thanks for trying it too Nay-nay. So when you say you did it with the MC in place, do you mean you poured the noodle mixture onto the TM lid and let it trickle down around the MC? Like they say to do with mayonaise - not that I've tried it yet?

I DID pour it in really slowly, but had it on speed 2 as recipe said. I wondered if speed 1 would have worked better - less scrambly maybe. Are the speeds on all TMs exactly uniform I wonder? Perhaps mine is a too fast TM?! I never need to chop onions for anywhere near the amount of time that recipes say I do, or I get onion juice and mush. (If you make the soup yourself and have success, let me know.)

Hi! Can anyone give me some advice on how to make the noodles work in the Tomato Instant Real Noodle Soup recipe (pg 18 of 'Lunch Box and After School Ideas' booklet)? I added the egg mixture exactly as the recipe said, but it turned into more a curdled soup, rather than noodled soup - a bit like fine scrambled eggs in the soup mixture. I'd love to know what to alter to make this more successful. I like the idea of making instant noodles. And it tasted fine.

Hmm. Being a Newbie, I think I've put my advice request in the wrong section in the Forum. Oops. Would love some advice anyway please!

I'm a newbie to the forum though I've had my TM for 6 months now. The other day I borrowed the green 'Lunch Box and After School Ideas' booklet from a friend and made the Tomato Instant Real Noodle Soup from it. Has anyone tried that? It tasted nice, but the noodles didn't work. I added the egg mixture exactly as the recipe said, but it turned into more a curdled soup, rather than noodled soup - a bit like fine scrambled eggs in the soup mixture.
