One of my main reasons for wanting a TMX was the fact that I would be able to eliminate processed foods from our diet.  I am sure I was told that you could make flour from whole organic wheat.  Is this so, have wheat ready to go........is there anything I should know beforehand. Quantities etc...  Thanks guys

Beef rendang was great.  I am not used to following a recipe for main meals.  I reduced Cooking time to 30 mins from 40 -60 as i only had rump steak not chuck.  It came out very tender.
I hoping to be confident enough to adapt my cooking style to the marvels of the TMX.

Hi everyone,  just wondering .......in some recipes it says to either put MC in place or not.  Other times no instruction.  What is the normal proceedure?  Always on or always off, if not mentioned in instructions? Thanks guys still green but having fun.

Just made French Oatcakes from "A taste of vegetarion." Don't think I will be buying packet crackers again.

 Hi there ..............Got my TM for Christmas, I cried and cried.  Left for 2 weeks in Phuket after that.  Couldn't wait to get home for a play.  Had no demo yet, but I'm in love, poor thing hasn't stopped since I got home.
