I have one in my 'basket' and at the checkout ready to pay. They accept Pay Pal so surely this is legit as I am protected by Pay Pal right?
I already have a TM but want a second bowl and blades set but a second Thermie would be even better. 3

CHRISTMAS / Re: Chocolate Fudge« on: March 22, 2012, 03:27:19 am »
I tried to make this recipe today. I thought I had it perfect; got it to butterball temp etc. The consistency was beautiful and thick. It set all sugary though and what was dissolved sugar crystallized again so eating it is like crunching on a mouthful of sugar.
Where have I gone wrong? 5

Hi and thank you for the recipe.
I tried to make this today however mine did not set like fudge. It is very very yummy but it like hard caramel, perfect for putting in a flan crust and having caramel pie if that makes sense. What do you think happened here? I followed the directions exactly. 7
Cookbook Contents / Re: A Taste of Asia - Authentic Chinese Cooking (Contents list)« on: December 12, 2011, 11:13:50 pm »
I am kind of glad I read this. I was about to order it today but we are more casual family cooks with young kids... I too was thinking (assuming) it was aimed at the more western Asian recipes.
Living in Central QLD there is no where to really buy weird and exotic ingredients. Bah... now I'm not sure. 8

Just bumping this. I would be very grateful if someone could please share the Bee Hoon recipe.
Also, does anyone know if/when the Taste of Asia will be available to buy on the TM website? I contacted TM head office but haven't heard back. Thanks
