I made this today but reduced the sugar. I also used raw sugar. It was quite thin and I'm not sure if that was the reason so I chucked a little bit of jam setta in and cooked it on varoma for 19 10 more mins and it was perfect!

I had a bit of an issue a month or so back with my scales not weighing correctly. I used a 500g pat of butter to check and they were WAY off. I called HO and the guy I spoke to was great and he sent me a checklist to try before I would have to send it in to be fixed. Anyway the scales ended up weighing correctly until now. They were way off today while I was doing banana and choc muffins. I was adding oil and it just seemed I was adding way too much for the weight my scales showed. I weighed the sugar on my trusty digital scales then weighed in thermie and it was so off! Something like 150g came in at 70g! Has anyone else had this problem?

Den if you are in WA 2brothers ship any amount of stuff anywhere in WA for $3.50! I just got 17.5 kgs delivered last week. Don't know how they do it but - Awesome!!!!

I've just switched to Rapadura love the taste. You can get it in bulk at 2 brothers. It's $30 for 5kgs but you can buy less than that.

Oh and I've run out of stock so none in it.
