I'm not sure which is the appropriate category to post this. Hopefully the moderator can move this thread to the correct category.
I'm coming to Sydney on 23 February 2012. If anyone wants the Malaysian cookbook, please send a PM to either this account or my email: sewchinphor@gmail.com . I can only bring 1 or 2 cookbooks there. This is on a first come first served basis. The price is AUD 30. I can also exchange it for a new copy of Everyday Cooking (Australian edition). Thank you. Sew chin 3

What I did was I made my own vegetable enzyme and everytime I cook something that adour I will soak in it overnight. To made the enzyme is 3kg fruits peel ( more acidic the better) 1 kg brown sugar and 10kg water mix well and keep in the cover container for 3 months for Aus. it have to be longer cos the weather there is cooler then we in Malaysia. Strain and the pulps can be used a fertilizer. You can keep it for a long time mine is about 6 mths old . ![]() ![]() ![]() 6
