Well done MJ - my training starts tomorrow and trying to get demo's booked for when I'm ready to go. Also very nervous about my first demo but as long as you are confident in cooking the 6 dishes then I think everything else will fall into place. Work off the feel of the group and you'll be fine.

Hi All, does anyone know if the Chef Laurant book from last months special was a special "thermomix" edition? I am on his website and can see that I can purchase it but just didn't know if their was one for conventional cooking and one for thermomix cooking? Cheers, April.
Wish I had of purchased my TMX last month soI could have got it. My consultant said that the recipes community cookbook on offer this month was a better choice but to be honest I'm not overly keen on it. 15
