Glad to be of service, goldfish Lauzzie, that makes sense, but I didn't even know whether or not to include the pith- lol! But now I know

Sooooo yummy:) One lemon was perfect for me. I can't wait to make the chocolate version for the kids.
I still can't believe that little old me is cooking custard to use up milk at it's due date. Previously I would have just tipped it down the sink!

I am going to make the custard in the EDC to use up some milk. So how do I get the zest off the lemon?! (told you it was a dumb question- lol!)

My kids are with their dad for the long weekend. Are there many recipes for one? I know I could just cook some normal recipes and then freeze the rest, but the recipes seem to be just perfect for 2 nights for the kids and me.
I know I could just chuck in a bit of this and that but I am not exactly a "chuck in" type cook

Started my weekend by cooking banana and choc muffins with my son ( . Of course we had to eat one each the minute they came out of the oven while we watched the footy- Yummo!

Loving it! Veggie stock done with consultant. Made hummus after she left. Can't wait until kids are settled in bed and I will make soup. I can see myself wanting to cook all weekend. Never thought I would say that!

Lol!
Boring, but I am going to cook the vegetable concentrate so I can cook other things. I am also going to make hummus as a surprise for a work friend who loves TM hummus. Plus pumpkin soup if I get to it:) I can feel a big cooking weekend coming on! Wish I had annual leave tomorrow- lol!

I ordered mine this afternoon. Might take a little while to come as they have to process the interest free paperwork.

I mentioned to my bro and his wife today that I was going to get a TM. My brother's response was, "NoOooooOo!" His wife is going to a demo next weekend and he is worried- lol! Now I am going with her, he is extra worried!

Thanks everyone Judy, I am in Clearview. I can't even imagine not buying packets of muesli bars etc for lunches. I think my little family is in for a big shock!

Good morning everyone:)
I'm Lisa, from Adelaide. I use this username, Lees75, on a number of forums, so if you recognize me, please sing out.
I am not a good cook by any stretch of the imagination. I can cook when I have time, but I work full time and am a single mum to 2 gorgeous kids. We eat mildly healthy, but lots of processed and pre-prepared foods. I have been thinking about getting a TM for months now, after numerous threads about them on a parenting forum I go on. I have been waiting for the interest free promotion, so it looks like this will be my month. My boss is holding a demo on the 15th and I can't wait! I am already reading this forum for tips and ideas.
