sorry have been MIA, took the family on our first holiday in over 13 years, a 3 week driving hol to Qld, beautiful beautiful weather, came back with a tan (which hasn't washed down the drain yet) and then the office work grabbed me hehehe the 3rd world problems 6

just made the dairy free version today, and the mix was certainly rather sticky to work with, but tastes great. Made about 45 of them

I always have instant on hand but have to buy ground coffee in especially for this recipe. I haven't made it yet this year but now, knowing I have the ingredients on hand it won't be long.nope, I didn't strain it. And have bought instant to make it again. 15

after an absolutely fantastic weekend away (hubby and I's first in over 5 years) it was a real fizz (yay bubbles type fizz) to see this thread is still going. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to write in it. What a truly wonderful forum.
