'Alice' arrived on thursday. She is named after Alice from the Brady bunch! I am sure she will be just as helpful.
Already Alice and I are cooking up a storm with mainly success. Vege stock concentrate, pumpkin soup ( needs some tweaking) tomato and salami fetuccini, bread rolls, choc cake and the quiche Lorraine (pastry undercooked). I love porridge for breakfast too! Unfortunately i have been sick with a cold so Alice has had a rest but we will be busy again tomorrow! 3

Hi everyone. i just attended a cooking class and bought my thermomix today. I now have that strange mixture of nausea and excitement that I am sure many of you will understand. My main worry about buying a thermomix is the cost.- will I use it enough to justify it?
And I now need to have a demo ( to get my thermoserver). I am not sure how to invite people as money is tight for many at the moment and I don't want to cause people to want something they can't afford. Any tips? In the meantime I wait ...
