I made it with a Thermochef and it fit so I can't see any issue with a Thermomix as they both have the same sized bowl

My weekend rundown:
Friday: creamy prawn risotto and lemon granita cocktails Saturday: lattes, chicken soup, strawberry jam, chocolate custard made from cacao nibs and a batch of umami paste. Today I am going to make some butter for the grandies and restock the bread bin . Might make another batch of soup for weekday lunches. 4

We made this Fridsy night and it is the best pizza base we have had. Reminiscent of those gorgeous Italian restaurants in Freo

Amy - Lol you would excel with that beep test result. Do it!
Ta for the tips - unfortunatley I only have access to the treadmill at the mo. I am also doing weights. I do have a bicycle - utterly uncoordinated but it might be good for something different, especially with the hills where I live. I will carry on with this bl**dy interval training and might attempt a beep test in a couple of weeks time to see how far I have to go. 9

Amy - WAPOL but it won't be until I get my fitness amped up I am seriously unfit so starting by doing interval training on the treadmill and working my way up to a crossfit session or two! I need to get 6.1 to pass but my aim is to 10.1 which is pass for a young man. I want to be as prepared for the academy as humanely possible.
