My weekend rundown:

Friday:  creamy prawn risotto and lemon granita cocktails
Saturday: lattes, chicken soup, strawberry jam, chocolate custard made from cacao nibs and a batch of umami paste.
Today I am going to make some butter for the grandies and restock the bread bin :). Might make another batch of soup for weekday lunches.

Marshmallow Frosting i was happy until i reread the recipe

while i was piping i thought maybe it needs to be in the fridge for a whlie, but no, it needed to be mixed for an exrta 5 mins so i did  :(

the nice ones are without the extra mixing  :-))

i don't need a recipe i'm italian
