Recipe Book Recipe Reviews / Dream whip
« on: July 18, 2011, 02:02:22 pm »

I have a cake making business and i pipe alot of novelty cakes with a product called DREAM WHIP thats purchased only from specialised cake stores. Basically it used to take 20mins in my electric mixer to get it to a whipped cream/meringue consistency, over the week i have wasted about 3l of it due to over whipping, i have only done it 1min at a time but am not winning, does anyone out there use this product and how long does it normally take in the TM31 to get to the right consistency. Am eager to find out cause once iots over whipped theres no bringing it back and is also not possible to work with
