I have to be honest. I’d contacted Mr IT about 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Yesterday I thought I’d better try again and hey presto…..here we are. I miss my daily forum chat.

Other than baking, I’ve been checking out Hotels in Auckland in NZ. DD has been nominated for an international award for services to Dentistry. I’m going with her. Flying out on a Friday, event on Saturday and flying home on Sunday. This one has money attached. Not to her but for any Dental program she might initiate. .

Very, very cold wet and windy. Good day for making bread. I’ve made a small yogurt and oat loaf and a magnificent SD very large loaf to my own recipes. I’ve also made Rhubarb and berry jam. The jam boiled over in the 7 and made one hell of a mess. The power went off when the loaf was 3/4 cooked. Went on again when I pushed the cook button.
