Marina, that is painful and annoying. Feet are difficult. GS battled for months with a sore foot. Finally saw a specialist in Melbourne. He had been given different advice from a physio and podiatrist. Judy good idea to set up a watering system. I’m thinking of doing same. Put a new recipe on my Blog. It was hard to get down in a written form as the recipe is very flexible. I have made several versions, all delicious. Think it would make nice small Christmas gifts. 46

Now you don’t know what is ahead of you to fix the problem. I hope they can come up with a simple fix.

I also did a batch of 24 of my Caramelised Onion and Mushroom tarts https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7770.0 for morning tea for the workers tomorrow plus some for my neighbour ladies Christmas afternoon tea. I used Shiitake mushrooms and goats cheese to cater for DF’s dietary needs, I put some on his lunch plate today and he loved them as I knew he would.
Tonight I’ve made this shortbread recipe, one of the 3 that you mentioned Margaret https://createbakemake.com/easy-3-ingredient-shortbread-recipe/. I only did half the recipe which was plenty, not sure if I’ve ever made shortbread before but I found it not to be as enjoyable a task as other types of biscuits. Now to get the thumbs up from DF tomorrow. 48

He initially suspected it was a stress injury, then he wasn't so sure about that and we were discussing the possibility it may be bursitis (I am still not totally sure exactly what that is), but I am off for another Xray tomorrow as he has gone back to suspecting the possibility of a stress injury after starting to walk around again after I got out of my moonboot. Over c. 100 meters it becomes terribly painful when I walk and restricts my mobility so much; it is very frustrating.

I can hardly move in my freezers so I hope I’m still able to resolve this problem.

What sort of problem is that foot giving you Marina? I’ve got a friend of my DF coming to install a watering system out the front tomorrow so my DF came around to do some preparatory work this morning. I’d done some the day before which took me well over an hour but he did an area as much as mine in just 15 minutes! |
