Cookie, what do you think of Emilia’s book. ? The peanut biscuits didn’t turn out as I expected. I’ll give them another go as I was naughty and fiddled with the recipe.

DS and GD for lunch yesterday .Chicken breast dusted in flour and sautéed in garlic oil with veggies. Apple muffins.

Stocktake all weekend - my most hated weekend / week of the year, it is so intense doing the count then transferring it all into the accounts program as quickly as I can so that the shop can start to accept and re-order stock again as soon as possible.  Hopefully it will be complete and the computer updated by tomorrow night.

Thank you cookie . On the road again dropped DD to meet some friends and DS and I out to dinner ! We did get DD a pizza to go .
