The cinnamon ones are called Sugar & Spice Shortbread from The Annoyed Thyroid. I made another plain lot yesterday from Recipe Community called Grandma's Shortbread. I forgot to photograph these before they went into the freezer. These are all recipes I make every year.
The reason I have started the cooking early is because I maybe going into hospital for an operation on my oesophagas, I'm waiting to hear from the specialist to see if it happens before Christmas. I'll know more in a couple of weeks. 90
