Love the jelly and biscuit idea, pretty cool. They would be great to make for a school fete, bet they would disappear quickly :)

We had the school cake stall today and I made some vanilla sugar cookies with a freckle in the centre of each cookie.  They sold really well and they were so simple and quick to make.  You can package them up in a group four, wrap in cellophane and tie with a ribbon - looks great.
