Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Welcome to the forum.  I buy my baker's flour either at the supermarket or FAL in 20kg bags. I also have on hand rye flour or grain that I can grind and seeds and wheat to grind. I no longer buy my wheat in very large quantities as I had weevils in the last lot and they ate the wheat out of the husks. :'(

You will have great fun with making bread. Do let us know how you get on.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Hi,
I bought 5kg bags of spelt flour from this supplier. I bought both types - plain and wholemeal spelt. All organic
and unbleached.

Thanks for the advice (and welcomes!) everyone  :)

Will check out those links posted and guess I should just start simple with flour from the supermarket.

Good idea,  until you decide. What you like.
