Vegemite seems to be a common theme....I love Nigella's Vegemite pasta...at first I thought it was weird but then upon reading her intro to the recipe, if you think of the Vegemite as a kind of salty stock paste it seems more palatable.....sprinkled it parmesn it is delicious!I also love sweet and salty combinations.....Twisties followed by Crunchie bars are yum!That reminds me of another Nigella recipe, sweet and salty crunchy nut bars where she uses salted peanuts and crunchie bars mixed with melted chocolate...it's one that people love or hate!http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/nigella-lawson/sweet-and-salty-crunchy-nut-bars-recipe/index.html
