I was a bit worried that my dough was too sticky but it rolled out so easily between the sheets of baking paper.  It's a great recipe that you could easily adjust to suit your own tastes.

I have made these a few times now to take to work for a healthy snack.  My work colleagues love them as much as I do - they don't last long!

I had another thought about the 'quinoa making it gritty' comment and realized it was the red quinoa that was the culprit. Stay with white quinoa and grittiness shouldn't be a problem.
