No JD :)

I will give credit where it's due and the lady from TIA head office that Im dealing with via email has been so apologetic and very prompt to try and get this rectified ASAP, it's just time consuming due to deliveries from WA to Melb.

Wouldn't it be great if they kept stock at another location as well, say Sydney or Melbourne main office?

well for the price they pay for the bags , as to how much they sell the bags for $80, you should get this resolved, and a NEW bag.

I would be most upset, if it was me. :-[

=Why don't they get bags in a variety of colors for us to buy, we already have spent $2000 on a machine HO..

They have a full bad batch of wrong sizes.

Not good enough.

Big fright...went to open the Varoma zips, but noticed a crease in the canvas and as I went to smooth that out, this very much alive
freeloader jumped out of the crease

EEK! Not a fan of insects and of course it went under the lounge suite...armed myself with fly spray to get it to move...finally cornered the little bug(ger) and this pic is when it was almost in bug

So, was the bag shipped from WA? And, where was it manufactured? If it was manufactured outside Aus and that little critter has been with the bag from the time it was made that would be a pretty serious quarantine breach I would think.

Gosh if it had come into WA they would be Jumping  up and down as they are so strict on quarantine. It looks like a cricket.

You are right GP - it's best to just move on. All you want to do is enjoy your Thermomix experience. No point dwelling on these problems and the main thing is that you get what you want in the end even if you have to compromise a little.

GP, I would not put up with  it. :-*

I checked last weekend about these travel bags.  :o they are all made in China...

You have been sold something that is faulty, you have the right to a refund, or replacement there of, at no more expense to yourself.

What about the manufacturers warranty on that item.
They will get a full refund on that bag from the manufacturer.

if they can not supply the same bag, which is perfect, they have to upgrade you or refund. that is law..

where is your consultant in this...MIA...

Im satisfied with the black bag as a replacement obbie, I do feel that they have done the right thing in trying to resolve this :)

My consultant has been kept in the loop and is very supportive, but this order was done with HO, not her, so I have been dealing with
them directly, rather than involve her, she is a gem though and we have a great rapore.

Yes, JD, moving forward is good for ones well being :)

Thanks to all you lovely ladies for your great input and support, I do appreciate it :)
