I made these today they are yummy already eaten 4 .  Made Maddy's ganache very nice.

Yeh I have been pretty quiet on here Aussie Brenda.
My mum is doing really well, she is just about to have her 4th chemo treatment next week, then off for a PET scan to see how things are progressing. She certainly has her good and bad days, but overall she really is doing well. :)

Oh and as for smoking.

I made these this morning - lovely, such a light cake recipe and anything maddy praises has to be good ;)  I also made maddy's ganache - 1/2 quantity covered 16 full sized muffins for me as I don't like it too thick.

They really are lovely fresh cakes, and I'm surprised how long they keep for too  :)
