zebra - we use frozen banana, ricotta, walnuts and dark choc. God that is good. I LURRRRRVE banana ice-creams. Apparently frozen avocado works too.
foxycoxy - Oh yummy! I made this tonight for our dessert and it was so delicious and so fresh! Just like ice-cream should be! Thanks for a great recipe.
Yvette - Made this today- do you have to freeze it before serving, mine was more like a sorbet rather than ice cream. Still nice though just not what I would call ice cream.
cookie1 - It is like a soft serve ice-cream, not a hard one. The texture is like Jo's banana, macadamia chocolate ice-cream if you have made that.
nazar - thanks cookie this is so yummy , l also added some homemade milo -- delicious.
Thermesa - I happened to have frozen buttermilk. Yum yum.
