Hi!
« on: September 16, 2008, 02:47:44 pm »
Hello!

I'm Dennis from Melbourne (AU) - quite new to the Thermomix (a few months), but already got some favorite recipes (adapted from the books to suit my and my wife's tastes) that do encourage me to cook more  ;D Mashed potatoes and different doughs are really much easier to make now for sure!

Anyway, have a good day!

Hi Dennis

Great to have you on board.   ;D

How is the multigrain bread travelling - I bet it is improving every week.

If you get a chance, please post some of your converted favs.

Cheers

Thanks for the welcome!  ;D

To be honest, I didn't experiment with bread any more - got lazy and just making pizzas, which turn out fine (I had to half the recipe and add more salt and less oil to get the result I want)  ::) I'll see if I can put some recipes together and post here, I'm still mostly experimenting with how things work, so not too many interesting results to report (yet!). I have yet to try to mince meat with it as well - that'd be interesting to see...
