To be honest, I didn't experiment with bread any more - got lazy and just making pizzas, which turn out fine (I had to half the recipe and add more salt and less oil to get the result I want)
) I'll see if I can put some recipes together and post here, I'm still mostly experimenting with how things work, so not too many interesting results to report (yet!). I have yet to try to mince meat with it as well - that'd be interesting to see...
