Not free but there are some recipes books varying number of pages for $1.99 from Ibooks.  Under Celebrity chefs some of the authors are Neil Perry, Luke Nguyen,Pete Evans, Adriano Zumbo, Mathew Evans, Bourke Street Bakery etc.

Just looked on amazon and there are loads of them..... And one which is £41.00!!!!!
